Service Description
An 8-hour classroom course taught in person by a certified Arizona DPS Security Guard Instructor. Leave ready to apply for your guard card. Held the first Thursday and second Saturday of every month, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (includes a 30-minute lunch break). Group class, 10 students max. Arrive 15 minutes early.

Cancellation Policy
Refund & Reschedule Policy: Full refund if you cancel at least 7 days before your class date. One free reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice; your $40 transfers to any future class with open seats. No refund or reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, for no-shows, or for late arrivals. If RIVSEC cancels a class, you may choose a full refund or a seat in the next available class. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. All refund and reschedule requests must be sent in writing to riv@rivsecaz.com.
